As you are more than aware, iv had nothing but issues since I bought this Z.

After it was driven home on a low loader last night after the misfire became that bad the engine died and would not even fire up again.

I mangaed to get it ticking over this morn with use of a gallon of WD40 all over the coil pack connectors but its still missing.

I noticed that steam (condensation) was coming out of one of my exhausts a hell of a lot more than the other wich would lead me to believe the issue is the left side of the block.

Would removing the coil packs and wd40 ing them help as moisture could have got deep inside them or are we thinking its more likely internals??

I can say im getting to hate this car!:headvswal:mad:

I cant see it being anything major. Percivere mate, its just a case of eliminating the common faults.

If you dont mind me asking, how much did you pay for the car?

just short of 5k but iv already spent 1k on the engine and interior!

I know, iv ordered a ptu unit and my mechanic seems to think that will sort the issue as its still on its origional unit.

So when that sorted it will be running like a dream ready for me to sell.
