th speed sensor is located in the back driver side of the gearbox held in place by a single bolt

Thanks ,Is it easy to fit?

yes mate just undo the bolt undo the electrical connector pull one out and put new one in may need a bit of wd40 as it is plastic into metal but should not be to difficult mate

Dont think it will help your prob

My speedo can be intermittant but the ecu still gets a signal from the speed sensor

Told you rich, its probably the speedo head

I reckon it's more likely the speed sensor as there is no interference with the power steer etc..

If the PAS is fine and only the speedo is not working ? then its not the speed sensor, its mostly likely to be dry joints on the speedo cluster circuit or the speedo needle motor has failed.
