Help Please, I think I have lost all my data on my pda!

I left the battery out of it last night and lost all my files and appointments, I think I have the majority of my word files are on my pc but my appointments would be a god given gift to get back.I have an XDA and syncing it up with my laptop has never been easy so there are limited files on there!

 

If anyone can help out I would be eternally in their debt :dance::dance:

    Ar you are out of luck I feel. The data on the xda's is held in its memory with two batteries to supply it power. One bat is the big one you can take out which if you do you have around 20 minutes backup power via a small non removable battery.

     

    There is a small eprom in there which can be used to permanently save contacts and stuff but you specifically have to do this. Sure it is in 'Settings / Permanent Save' I've just gone to check the exact name but the battery on mine has run out too lol. Time to re sync.
