does anyone have a guide or photos of the det sensor bypass inside the car ecu side.. i have had the resistor for over a week now.. but was going to get a boost controller and gauge.. unfortunately credit crunch has put a stop to that :( cheers

You could get a boost controller with a gauge built-in, like Blitz SBC-iD etc.

 

Anyway, research indicates it goes between pin 23 and 50 :-

yeah i was going to get one but.. as i said funds dont really allow at the moment.. more important things to be spending cash on!! .. aye the research i did was that it had to be conected between wire 23 and earthed on the other side.. thats not a problem for me 2 do.. simply cut and solder.. but was really hoping someone on here had done this and had some photos so i can see how and where they have earthed it etc! thanks anyways guys! plenty of guides to relocate the sensor but as there is a break between the plug and the ecu.. aint going to do squat! lol! .. same with the 1meg resistor guides etc.. loads for doing it engine bay side just none for doing it in the ecu!!

Sometimes you just have to work it out yourself. Looks pretty easy to do - as long as you get the right pins !!!
