Does anyone know what the cheap ebay alloy rads are like.Seen a few diffrent sellers selling for about £150 what are the welds like or im i better of spending twice that on a jap made koyo, dont want the hassle of getting one from the states import tax/ vat etc thanks taff.

The seller is too fast too cool all his other stuff seems good quality de catts etc anybody got one :)

Yes his reputation is good but, I personally don't know anyone with the alloy rads!

if its the godspeed rad i have one and its is a good unit but i think its slightly smaller than the koyo one. you shouldnt have to pay inport duty but be carefull coz i had to at 1st but then found i didnt

i got my alluminium rad from e-bay. the rad is made by ASI from japan.

 

very cheap, quality is ok, a little larger than koyo, and no import duty, delivered in 5 days.

 

i think it cost me £125 or so.

I got one of these rads,have used it now for 6 months.every bit as good as any of the more expensive ones.Brilliant workmanship welds are as good as any.They are basically a Koyo clone!!!:bow:
