Hi i have the consult software, when i go into the software with the ignition on i can read the data but as soon as i start the car to get live data the software freezes and loses its connection? please advise am i doing this right? regards andy

It sounds as though you have an old version of Conzult. Have you got the special connector etc., which has a small box with LED's on.

This could have a number of causes. First I need to know a few details:

 

1. Serial Number of the interface box

2. Version of the diagnostic software

3. Are you using it via the serial or USB port

4. If using the USB port are you using one of our own USB converters
