Very easy!

The rear cards though, you'll need to take all the boot plastics out as they sit over the backs of the rear cards...from memory. I can't actually remember anymore! LOL

Anyway, it's not difficult.

I have just taken my rear cards out today, mine were on top of the boot trim so I did not need to remove then, don't know if that is standard or how someone has left it, also found some yellow and black wires under the drivers side rear qtr, both wires cut and I have no idea what they were from, also found someones finger nail:hurl:

That's right, I remember now. I had to take the rear quarter panels off to get the boot plastics out that surround the speaker.

Rear panels are piss-easy then. You'll need to take the bench and seat back out, but again that's easy. The bench presses into the horizontal chassis rail, there are 2 lugs that allow it to tuck under the seat back. Pull it fup and then forward and it'll slide out towards you. The seat back is held in by 2 bolts either side on pivotal flanges. This then pulls straight out.

Each panel is clipped in to the B-pillar (this is for 1989 - 1992 models without seat belts on the pillars by the way!), there is a screw securing via a flange on the floor, one at the back behind where the seat back was and a screw underneath a plastic grommet on top. Unscrew that lot, and pull it out. You'll need to pull back the weather-strip and give it a moderate tug to pop it out of its expanding metal clips, it should then just pull free.

Ok great, just I think my interior panels are better than the ones in the new Zed so wanting to change them all. Wanting to do some of the stuff myself as I don't want the costs running away with me. Turned out stupidly expensive as it is

It's good fun when there's two of you. Takes half the time too. I could probably swap out all your interior in about an a few hours. It's pretty straight forward after you've done it once.

Aye, Well Phil is putting my seats and stuff in, I think he'll just swap the full centre bit console bit, I think this would be the quickest way really, not sure about the heated seat and fold in mirrors bit because they are the only difference between them i think

You'll need to swap out a bit of loom. I am guessing you have a Jap shell now. I retro fitted a series 2 passenger seat when I did my re-trim. Got given a driver's side bit of loom from Jeff @ Zedworld, pulled up the carpet a bit, ran some wires over the transmission tunnel, spliced into the wires for the drivers' seat and soldered it on. So the connector fits straight into the seat and looks factory. :) Not that anyone can see it, it's just a bit if piece of mind. :)

Im sure Phil will manage ok with that, he's good at what he does like. Ill put up some pictures of the car etc
