Airflow question

Hi,

 

With the AFM and T piece removed, should the 2 pipes that the T peice attaches to have equal suction? On mine the passanger side one has a lot of suction and the engine almost stalls with my hand over it but the drivers side doesn't.

    at idle (closed TBs), the air is drawn via the IACV which is on the passenger side.

    with the TBs open it will be balanced.
