Hi, i'm James and I drive an S14a, not sure how you 300 owners look upon 200's but thought I would come check out this site and learn a bit about 300's :hyper:

The S14 I bought mapped at 1 bar and 262bhp, and the 13 has been abused from day one and ahs never run right :smash:

The S14 is a nice motor, but not a head turner IMO, the Z32 is almost 20 years old, and still has that Zex appeal. but welcome to the site anyway. :cool:

Thats kind of why I like the 200's, they are a bit of a sleeper car.

Nice looking car you have there bud. Obviously this is a 300ZX site but we do not look down on other models. Some of our members have Skylines and Silvias and 200SX's and many other marques I even own a.............BMW :cool: and soon a Stagea.

I've always reckoned so too - the front has a real aggressive R34 style look about it. Not over keen on the other models personally, but the S14a is meeeaaaan lookin ;)

What do standard 300zx wheels look like/what size & offset etc are they?

I was after some R33 GTR wheels really but I would like to know what the 300 wheels are like.

 

I am also after some ali 300zx TT calipers, I heard they were only on 1990 - 92 cars though?

Hi James, welcome to the club, i have some spare standard alloys with good tyres if you want to try them out. Where bouts on the island are you? mines the yellow one driving about if youve seen it lol.

Excellent, how much for one of the pairs (preferebly the better nick of the two :)) posted to the IOW

 

I noticed that some of you on here have changed you ali calipers to the heavier ones - what are the reasons for this? are the ali ones not as good?

would love to try the alloys on my car if they are 17's, where can I meet you 300 guys on the island?

You can't mate, apart from me and Graham lol, the miserable buggers never come over here :tongue:

 

And I think the steel calipers are more resistant to warping mate.
