oil change

going to do an oil change on the car /should or should not use an engine flush any advice dont know when the last service was done ,its done 63000miles

    if the cam belt has'nt been changed lately, do it now bud. as for engine flush... i really wouldn't bother to be honest.

    ta for info, ordered a kevlar cambelt ment to be here by now been , sent wrong calipers again so do what i can in the mean time .

    dont forget to change the belt tentioner and pulleys as well as the belt, and while your at it, might as well replace the water pump and thermostat and oil seals etc..... there are kits you can buy from either Z1, AMZ or even concept Z, over in the states. which will have every thing you need;)
