Thats bloody fantastic! :D

I bet you could use those if you repainted your car a different colour and did'nt wanna take the engine out to paint the engine bay!

Nice one Anthony, they will look awesome :D

Since the engine is out and I have stripped out the hicas I am on a mission to make the engine bay clean and less cluttered so have ordered these... http://www.zcentre.co.uk/shop/product_info.php?cPath=21_22_54&products_id=362

Figure they should do the trick!

I thoroughly support your idea of making the engine bay clean and less cluttered. i cant see how adding a pair of tacky bits of fibre glass is going to help that concept.

You already have the engine out so why not just repaint the engine bay??

It's alot easier to paint those than the engine bay, at the end of the day the only way I could get the bay painted is with a halfrauds tin as I can't get the car to the painter like it is. The problem with doing it like that is the colour won't match and it won't be that good. With these I can wait until the car is painted and have then done professionally then fit them. Also they are smooth not like the inner wings ful of holes and joins!! These are much better

I would be quite concerned about these imho - looks like a water trap between the skins and the wings. I reckon you could get some quite serious corrosion there and you would never know. I agree with Pete - while the engine is out, degrease it all and paint it.

I also reckon you would have to remove them for an MOT so that tester could actually examine the true state of your suspension mounts.
