the car does have front fogs tho, the front looks the same as joely Ps red one above this post, when the lights are on there is a small light beside the fogs that light up, but the main light doesnt.

maybe the rear have been wired into the normal switch on the right hand side pod (for uk mot purposes) ......

i beleive its UK, its right hand drive and im in england. all of the clocks/dial are UK spec, eg MPH not KPH

yes, the one on the right hand side pod turns on the rear fogs, but just couldnt understand why there isnt a button under that for the fronts.

IF your car is UK they don't have front fog lights. The lights are side lights and indicators built into that one unit.

 

I'll see if i can find some pictures to compare UK with Jap, unless someone already has some....................:)

probably been wired in like that .. normally that switch is for the fronts, and a rear fog light switch is custom made elsewhere...

aye, jap are right hand too, and your clocks might be converted.... get a pic up and someone will be able to spot the difference...

Right bud, take a close look at the following pics and let us know which lights look like yours. :)

 

The first is the UK set-up with no front fogs! And second is a jap car with fog lights.

Yep yours is a UK car buddy. Which means you have a rear fog light but no fronts.

 

The inside lights are your side lights AND indicators built into one unit and the outer 'lights' are just blanks.

 

On jap cars the button on the inside is for the front fogs as jap cars have front fogs but no rear. Soooooo on jap cars the inside lights are sidelights and fog lights built into one unit and the outer lights are the indicators.

quite simply, the uk spec has a button for rear fogs built into rear bumper either side of the plate, the jspec ustilises the same button but for front fogs, which are used in the cluster where the indicators are on a uk spec...

 

the indicators on a j spec are in the cluster round that side which is just a grey blank on uk specs...
