ECU advice???

Trying to locate why im in safety mode, ive got a UK TT manual, only boosting to 7psi.? Why would this be? and what cause's it? ive had the det sensor by passed.

2nd'ly Went to do an ecu check to locate the probs, and the ecu has no potentiometer screw???

Is there another way of reading this ecu?

 

Ive got a spare ecu on my Jap TT auto. i understand that an auto can be put into and manual but not vicer vercer, if i used the jap one then it will be limited as the UK is not, but could at least show me what errors there are.

Any help, much appreciated.
