Hi all, The pipe in the picture below is sucking air like a vacum pipe but i have no idea what it is, or what should be connected to it any help much appriciated.

is it a nessasary pipe as its an automatic twin turbo sorry forgot to say the model.

is there a picture anywhere i could use as a reference as no idea as couldnt see what it connected to dont want to connect it to the wrong pipe if that makes any sense.

Is it just hanging loose like?

blank it off if yours is a auto, probably someone fitted a manual balance bar and didnt have a clue what to do with the pipe

Correct if it's an auto, the original auto transmission balance bar doesn't have this connection on it.

Its like a metal tube going across the pleneum with that end looking like it needs a pipe on to connect it somwhere as it's sucking air.

easiest way would be a piece of pipe with a good fitting bolt in the end clamped using jubilee clips.

or an AAA battery (for a quick fix) in some silicon hose with a tie thingy,worked for me,couldn`t find a bolt for love nor money
