Mine HAD one, does'nt anymore though! I'm pretty sure they all came with one, but as batteries are changed they don't get put back on.

    My UK car had one but as said, they're removed when batteries are changed (different fitting batteries over the years)

    Me too. Think it might have been a mistake tho -it had insulation in it to stop the battery getting roasted by the heat from the turbo nearby!
