2008 AGM and Club Awards

Timing:

 

16:00pm Saturday 30th August 2008 in the marquee

 

Members questions:

 

If any member has a specific question they would like to raise at the AGM, can they please PM myself ASAP. This will allow the committee, to hopefully give an answer there and then, rather than having to say 'We'll find out and get back to you'.

I will then compile the list of questions and we can go through one by one at the AGM.

 

 

 

The Club Annual Awards will be held on the Sunday morning around lunchtime.

 

Voting for Club Awards

 

We will be holding the voting at the event, as previous years. Voting forms will be available from Committee members from Sunday morning and must be handed in no later than 11:30am.

Presentations will take place from 12:00pm onwards.

    It does say PM steve with questions for the AGM. ;)

    Although to be fair, registered users cant PM :D
