Hi, have found a series 2 with its heater controls that I want to fit into my series 1, apart from the control and the ecu do I need anything else? And where is the ecu and how do I identify it?

ecu is small black box located to the left of the clutch pedal, its quite high up and has a green hitachi sticker on there, its quite hard to get to and may need to get upside down on the drivers seat to see it. ill get a pic if i have one
