Catherines Inn - Bleadon Near WSM

 

Catherines Inn has been a pub for 20 to 30 years and offers it's customers high standards of food drink and service. We are in a semi rural location on the outskirts of Bleadon village near Weston Super Mare's seafront. Fully refurbished in May 2008, we have modern, stylish look with a neutral colour scheme to create a relaxed environment. The bar and restaurant are separate areas, you can choose to dine in either area. New booth seating in the restaurant comes complete with a plasma screen, so is ideal for small groups or families. Come and enjoy the unique Hungry Horse selection with every meal full of flavour. You will be sure to leave here feeling completely satisfied. As well as our regular trade we receive a lot of seasonal custom from visitors to the caravan park opposite. A family friendly venue, free indoor and outdoor play areas allow the kids to burn off some energy while you enjoy a refreshing drink. Our sports facilities are very good with plasma screens showing matches and, along with quality pints and entertainment nights, a fun time can always be found here. Whether you would like a delicious meal, a decent pint or entertainment, we have it all.

 

Please note I won't be there as I am on holiday and my only other choice of dates were to clash with Devon or JAE.

I'll be there. Been there quite a few times, its a Hungry Horse pub. Car park is seperated in 2 with quite a number of spaces but does get pretty busy.

i have never been there TBH, but it is family friendly and has a large car park which tick both my boxes before i visit. if it not ideal let me know and i'll change it.

the snapped wire on my det sensor. bloomin thing has broken right near the base so not much to play with.

If i can get to it i can solder/crimp it.

I can get to it but not easy enough to get a set of crimpers on it. Thats why I though to solder as there is enough room to do that I think.

I will try mate but remember i work friday night / saturday morning, so i will get there a bit late, or 1/2 asleep :rolleyes:

11:30 am is high tide so if si is coming round from Portishead ? he will be about from 11 so we could meet in Somerfield car park at 12 midday have a look at the boats or play in the sea etc and then go for late lunch in the Catherines inn about 3pm what you reckon ?
