I purchased some creeping crack cure, poured a little in between the seal and bodyword (its like water and finds small gaps, then sets), its worked and the interior of my car has been water free for the last 4 months, this was after trying peanut oil, purchasing new seals and all other types of remedies that never worked !!

Now I reckon the bottle has enough in it to do 30 to 40 cars as you only need a tiny amount so if people want the put their name down on this thread I will forward the bottle to the next person with the only condition that they forward it to the next once used, no more wet knee as the water drips in !!

  • 2 weeks later...

just had an update from Jeff - he's taken a look at my leaking roof and noticed that when the bodyshop removed the rubbers to paint my car a few years ago, they hadnt bonded the rubbers back down again properly, and so any water was being allowed to pass underneath the seals. lets see if this sorts the problem....!

I came out to my car for work a last week and th passenger side had leaked all over the new seat, didn't do it again.

Wierd eh?

mrogers bought my old steering wheel off me about that time too. not had any response from him. i hope he's alright!

He is on the TATSU car owners club, he refuses to come on here now...
