Looking at a beetle for my sister today but i cant find a buying guide anywhere. Wanna know what to look out for? known problem etc? being a vw it should be pretty reliable.

pity didnt catch the vw beetle crisis programs on discovery channel they went through everything and then some, one had over 300bhp out of that rattly old thing!:)

hahah naaaa my sis wants the pretty new ones with the sunflower on the dash :D

 

we picked one up for 2900 but its got a few dings here and there but is a big step up from here series 2 polo with dents in every panel.
