Bloody hell   You're a brave soul! :D I am just making a panel like what you had before, and even that was a PITA!

actually turned out to be alot easier than i thought it would be. managed to get it all built in one night saying that i did work till nearly one in the morning lol i had the advantage that i dont have to get it perfectly smooth as im going to foam it all out the cover it in leather

looking really good. but before ytou go any further may be a good idea to try and make it in sections that can be pulled out cos if you ever need to change a rear bulb its gonna be a timely task to get to your lights, lol

either that or some removable panels

you can access each rear light from the speakers at the back each one lets you into each part of the lights was a pain to try an line everything up so i could get it looking the way i wanted and line it all up for access aswell

This was exactly my thought as I started reading the thread.

Even if the whole thing is removeable, with the weight of those speakers it's not going to be a one man job to get it out.

Gonna look very good but not going to be very practicle for any rear maintainance work like fuel pump access, rear shocks, any rear electrical work or simple bulb changing etc.
