mine had come off....and consequently soaking the passenger footwell when washing the car / raining etc (can be mistaken for leaking matrix)....saw a post on how to reconnect the tube it looked a flipping long job...glove box off etc etc so came up with another quicker way :D

get some washer jet tube @ 5-6mm in diameter, a couple of meters length should be plenty

pop off the side indicator you'll see a black hose poking downwards into the wing this is the outlet pipe which the targa drain connects to...get some long nose pliers and gently pull it out

poke the new washer tube through the black hose and into the hole it was covering....keep feeding it through until it appears in the footwell...helps if you take the side footwell cover off (2 screws) to see where it is

now pull the targa drain pipe cover off this is the one which runs down the windscreen from the roof to the dash...remove the foam which grips the tube in the corner of the dash as well...then pull the drain tube out

now my new washer tube was stiff enough for me to feed it upwards through the dash...but you could drop a piece of wire down and pull the tubing up whatever is easier

the slightly smaller washer tube now can be slid into the larger targa drain tube..obviously tape or glue in place for a tight fit

pull the slack out of the pipe...resite the foam, covers and black outlet pipe..trim off any excess pipe so it pokes down into the wing and job done in 20 mins :D
