Autobox fluid change

Hi guys, I'm hoping to do a fluid change to try and fix a problem I'm having with the gears changing by themselves. I've had a search on here but can't seem to find any recommendations for the type of fluid or oil :confused: to use? I've had a squiz over on opie oils as well but can't seem to figure out what I need!

 

Any help would be great and hopefully I can find the product asap too!

    Yeah, I had a longer search and found a few random mentions on Dex II/III. I found some obscure ATF at halfrauds (best i could do with the short notice) and its good for Dex III so I imagine should be good for Dex II.
