Wooohoooo just got my zed back, running sweet again :D And i took it for its MOT, passed no probs with one exception, the two front tyres.

 

Anyway i rufurbed a set of 18" wheels a while ago and i have been waiting to put them on, so i did do and i think they look superb!!! :D

 

They come right out and fill the arches, i did'nt think stuff like that made such a difference, but it looks a thousand times better when they fill the arches :D

 

Anyway take a look - (cars fookin filthy BTW)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Oh and check out these bad boys to go under them -

 

 

those wheels look 10 times better.

 

Brakes will improve the looks and performance cant wait to see them on.

 

just one thing tho.....the front left wing is sticking out a bit, did youi experience some dodgy jacking in the past???? mine did and i had to straighten up the seal push it in and re seal the bottom.

I know what you mean about the wing, it was like that when i bought the car :( I have got a few cosmetic things to fix soon anyway so thats on my list :)

I considered the 355mm, but there was a couple of reasons i decided against them. 1) Most people i asked for advice said they would just be overkill for me, and its always good to listen to advice. 2) More inportantly i did'nt wanna run any risks with them fitting under the wheels! I spent soooooo long refurbing the wheels it would kill me if they did'nt fit!

Nearly everybody i asked said, i'd only really need 356mm if i used it on a track alot, which i don't so i put the money i saved into getting the Ferodo DS2500 pads instead, as EVERYONE says they are fantastic! :D

I got mine through DTA mate, if you look on smithys place website you will see them, superb value for money, and as always Dan is beltin to deal with ;)

I know what you mean about the pic, however there was good reason for it, lol. 1) There was cars parked behind me :o And 2) i was only posting pics of the wheels, cos the car is filthy and i have alot of other things to do before i post loads of news pics ;)

wise choice, 355 won't fit under there without an extreme offset

Im going to order the Ksport convertion to. 356mm im going for and if they do them for the zx also go for 330mm rears :)

I was thinking about the orange ones, but when i ordered they were gonna take about 8 weeks, so i went for black. I don't regret it as i think they'll look good behind my wheels :D
