The pics on the link you put up dont really have any explanation saying much about them. I would stick to getting a cometic head gasket, at least then there shouldnt be any chance of it going again.

Wouldn't touch those ebay cheapies with a barge pole. Why scrimp and save over something so critical??

the rest of the kit is spot on, its just the head gasket thats rubbish. But when you consider the price of getting one from one of the recommended places that people on here just stick to going to, then buying that kit and also buying a cometic head gasket(which is a upgrade to the head gaskets you will get from the usual OEM nissan crap) is still cheaper than you can buy a standard kit for and is a lot more reliable.
