turned my car off, and could hear a hissing for about a second after.

 

i opened the bonnet while engine was running, and could hear a air leak.

 

is this on the Z standard? or has someone added it to the intake plenum?

(its only on the right side)

can i just block this up? or should it be going to something?

 

on my S13 there was something similar, i was able to plug my boost gauge into it??

What is that pipe right next to it??? I think that is what Dave means, it looks like it just slides straight on :)

Dont block it off just slide the pipe back on. its right next to it :)

it's standard and provides the vacuum feed to the fuel pressure regulator, via the PRVR system if you still have that (bunch of piping in passenger side wing)
