if you remove the Hot & Cold intercooler pipes,

 

id imagine you can see the Plastic/rubber intake pipe

(the one that goes from the Air filter to the turbo)

 

aka elephant trunk

 

 

fancy replacing with metal pipe, improves the sound when you have air filter & no dv. pigeon noise.

 

think itd be a bit difficult to get metal ones at the front T piece, ont the air filter.

 

so just be replacing the pipe from turbo to filter T piece.

ok il remove the intercooler pipes, see what the standard Z intake looks like,

 

and see if can make a metal one :)
