pipe that is in the passenger side exhaust manifold. cant get the damn nut undone!! i have tried freezing spray. also there isnt any bloody room to manover lol. how hasve you undone it???

Source the pipe section second hand, then you can cut it and use a ring spanner which will grip better.

thats an option but where does the pip lead too. i can't quite see LOL

i dont have access to the equiptment tho pete. aldi are doing a blow tourch on sunday may go and buy that and give it a try.

 

 

ref egr :-because i don't know any better tbh. if i can remove it easliy when the gearbox is out show me the light please uncle pete:bow:

its a pain in the backside to get to that litle jasper, just out of interest why do you need it off, if you plan to leave the egr in place???

im fitting tubular manifolds!!!

will you not have to split/remove the turbo chargers to change the manifolds???? The inboard two bolts on the four bolt flange to turbo charger inlet are allmost impossible to get to with the engine in.
