I think the top speed is about 185/190. its not the power but the gear box that linits it or somthing like that :)

or would you need a longer fd?

 

I can't remember the calculations now, but the power requirement against max. speed is exponential due to the aerodynamics; I'd hazards a guess you;d need substantially more power!

Surely 200mph must be possible in a 400-450hp Z with the rev limit raised slightly...

 

Owing to wind resistance I'd reckon you'd need a fair bit more than 450bhp to crack 200mph. And that's before getting into to other parameters like gearing and final drive etc....

 

Without checking the stats of other cars - are there many sub-500bhp supercars capable of a genuine 200+ mph?

I did ***mph on the clock today and that was uphill chasing a bmw 3 series not sure which one as it had a diffrent bodykit to m more like a touring kit had 4 exhausts anyway zed one bmw nill and there was some left too,

 

p.s that got my mind off the ex lol
