10 years of hardwork and graft :(

needs must i suppose... best of luck with the interview. you never know... a change like this might open a whole new world of opportunties.

not all too bad i will still own my commercial premises, i have found a very good tenant with a good lease, and i will have a small income from that plus i still have the asset which has quite a large equity in it (my pension)

I'm sure you'll be fine darlin! I recently had to go through a number of interviews after being employed for over 20 years. Most places use a style called behavioral interviewing, where they ask for examples of when you demonstrated the qualities they are looking for rather than focusing on qualifications. With your background running your own business (and your gift of gab) you should do really well. Either way it will be a good experiance, it took me 3-4 interviews before I got really comfortable with it.

I prep people for interviews every day as a Recruitment consultant... if you want some pointers pm me.. :D All the best, its very they want to see you that quickly... :D

how about you james?

Hey tulip good to hear yours went ok bud, mine went well im going in tomorrow to spend half a day with the team to see if i get on, then hopefully if all goes well ..........

Good luck to both of you, new job, new people to meet and a whole new social circle. Its all very well having the same job for years, with all that entails, but there's a lot to be said for fresh starts.

All the best
