I'm currently driving a '57 plate Merc E320 CDi whislt my own car is being repaired after a slight accident.

I stopped at a Shell this morning to refill it with diesel, as it was down to the last 1/8th on the guage.........

.......and the bloody thing took the princley sum of £96.31 until the pump shut off:eek:

If it had been down to the warning light it would easly have been over £100 for a full tank. Now that's just wrong........

Richard:(

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

did you get the car when it was full or is it a case of here is the car you sort out the fuel?

It was full when they delivered it to me......................

....................I have the car for a month or so, that's how long the Merc garage recon my SLK will be in for:(

Still it's costing the dumb twat (or his insurers) who rear ended me a fortune; my repairs are in the region of £10k and this E-class is over £200 per day according to the paperwork I was given:shock:

That'll teach him to look where he is going:xxx:
