anyone know where i would find the rough price of a 1000 sq/ft workshop rent per week, we have one where somone has moved out, we were charging £80 a week but i feel that is not enough, we have some people interested but we want to know the price of local rentals of workshops before we agree any deals

 

it has an office toilets and cooking facilities, its situated close to sunderland city centre and is on a local trading estate

cheers for that, will ring in the morn, they have 2 workshos very close to ours listed on there, its hay st sheepfolds industrial estate

around here a 1000 sq/ft unit would typically cost £400-£500 a month

 

Just compare with local Commercial lettings, there will usually be several online websites covering your area
