its in the way of these gates..i have trucks for my work and its hard getting in and out...ive asked for a qoute from robinson helicoptors for weekly hire so i can get in the back of my house but as of yet they aint got back so anymore bad devious ideas wellcome:D

does it have an alarm, if it does, keep setting it off and complian to the council about the noise, they will have it removed and the owner wil have ot pay to get oit back

Is there a drop kerb the other side of it though?

 

If there is you can get it shifted even if its only slightly overhanging the drop kerb.

 

If theres no drop kerb your screwed, and if you are going to the police or council about it make doubly sure you have the correct planning permission for the gates etc as they look quite high otherwise you could end up in the poo.

 

If its affecting your business though id be tempted to hook a rope to it and one of your trucks and just drag it out the way so it doesnt cause you any more grief.
