Light Problem

Right today i have fitted my boost guage. red= live black=earth orange to a 12V light. So i have done all that.

I got the live and earth from the CD player which still works and the orange wire form the switch for the rear fog light with only come live when the main lights are on.

O No somthing has gone wrong. I have no side lights, no rear lights.no lights on the dash but i do on the pods. Then when i go to put the main beam on the high beam comes on with them and the revs drop massivley???

Also when i put the car into any gear the revs increase by about 200rpm ???? I have no idea as it is a manual

1 Of the fuses had blown (10amp) so could it be down to one of the relays under the bonnet??? as all the fuses are fine

I Teed into one of the 2 pipes on the balance bar. But its nothing to do with the boost guage.

I think i may have blown a relay or worst case do something bad to the loom :(

I will have to buy a few relays i think and hope for the best :headvswal

click "all programs"---"accessories"---"system tools"---"system restore" and pick a restore date before you fitted boost gauge:tongue:
