New Battery Part Number

Just to let you know when you hunt for your next battery that a new number has been released for Jap cars, the zed included.

 

Part number is 031 exactly the same layout as an 068/088 but the dimensions are spot on for the zed, you can even put a nissan battery cover if your lucky enough to have one.

Height 220

 

The old number 068/088 was

 

500 to 600Cca

65Ah

 

Length 265

Width 175

Height 220

 

You can expect to pay about £10 to £15 more for the 031 but should be worth the money for the extra power.

 

Having said that ive had an 068 on my zed for 5 years with no probs.

    Can't seem to find anywhere selling the 031. I can see there are slight differences in sizing, but how snug of a fit is the battey box over the battery on an 068?
