very busy apperently

Yeh well when someone has your car for 2 years and is in posession of thousands of pounds worth of new parts and doesnt answer his phone or MSN. Its time to get a little worried wouldnt you say?

he's busy as fook, i need to speak to him too

He has been busy at the unit, where he has no mobile signal and has not yet had a land line installed. He has also not been on line as he has been very busy at work. I can vouch for this as he is there now!

i too can vouch for this and agree that he is busy, i've seen it with my own eyes

Maybe send him a pm... he's been online today (according to profile). When he next logs in, hopefully he will read the pm :) :)

Steve I have know Andy for over 7 years now and I am sure your car will be sorted soon. However if I did not know him and I was in your position then yes I would be very worried.

No way am I here to defend him as he is big enough to sort things out for himself but I do know he is busy at the moment as I had another member asking the same question a few days ago.

Hope all gets sorted soon and he gives you a call tomorrow.

maybe he should start to say no to work, even if it does offend a few people, there is only so much 1 guy can do in a day, i know i've given up on contacting him cos all i ever hear is how busy he is.

You can normally find him outside the school at about 3 o clock, youll reconise him, hes the one with the bag of sweets!!!

i spoke to him in txt today about mine too mate. He was very busy at the time so just spoke to him briefly in txt. But i will be speaking to him tomorrow so will let him know about this thread while i am on. I know he was stuck under a car at the time lol.

Try sending him a txt mate cos he will pick it up when he looks at his phone

Hi Steve. Sounds like you'd be better off getting the car and all its bits back to Llandudno. There's nothing on there that we couldn't finish. Just a thought.

He has P'md you.

ffs, i know its frustrating not having your pride and joy sat where you can see it but i'm gonna defend the lad, he does his upmost to keep people happy but when he's getting comments like this its enough to put anyone off, he WILL get back to you all in time but he IS busy and i'm sure Saz will agree with me when i say he's stressed to death, i know its not really my place to comment but please leave him to work on them cos if he's talking to you lot about getting your cars back he cant work on them at the same time as being on the phone.

Chris, You have to see it from both side's, All I think steve is after is a piece of mind update, in the form of a 2 min phone call. I ain't on anyone's side here, but as it's being aired on a PUBLIC forum I will put my 10p worth in.

To be honest, no matter how busy you are, a 2 min phone call to a custmer who is worried about their car your working on is not much to ask.

Not having a pop at Andy he is by all acounts a good guy and I'm sure there is nothing to worry about, but its poor customer service no matter how you look at it.
