On making my hourly trip to autotrader website i stumbled upon this on its news head lines.

 

I think this is fantastic, such a shame it will never make production but hell its an impressive technical exercise!

 

First thing for a long while thats given me a wow factor.

I cant imagine in the slightest that that model will be any good, just an impressive demonstration of technology and ideas... THAT is "art" in my eyes.

 

At least it would be a safe car... wearing a condom!

Personnally, i hate it, looks like when the doors go up or what ever they do looks like the metal is getting wrinkles even thou it is the design

its fabric... not metal! Thats the genius about it, its a perfect body which can reform into the shape needed at the time... Head lamps, spoiler, doors etc are all blemishes on a cars body, it smooths all those away to make a single pure shape. Until you need the doors, light or spoiler of course. Then they magically appear!
