Got the blue ZX booked in for this Friday afternoon, last outing it made 502 BHP at the fly so hoping for a bit more this time... as I have:

 

1) Replaced intake hoses that were leaking

2) Drastically improved the intake set-up!!

3) Eliminated a few boost leaks here and there

4) Removed the carbon cannister tank which was leaking

5) Removed the aircon

6) Quality Silkolene Pro S oil has gone in

7) Installed Splitfire coilpacks

8) New Iridium plugs

 

I'm hoping it will make the 570 BHP that was acclaimed in Japan, time wil tell:)

 

Ps will be taking a vid of the dyno session as it will have atleast 3/4 runs!!

Why is chat about a ZED going on a dyno not Zed related??:confused:

are you having it remapped on the dyno??

 

if your not then i wouldnt have thought there would be much bhp difference, may run better with the bits you have done?

 

what management did it have?

I think it should get about 550 because last time the hose going to the turbo was leaking badly!! I think I would have been losing a lot of boost pressure as a result so I am expecting a much better result tomorrow:)
