What exaxctly do i need to lower my Z (other than springs and dampers :D )?

Theres so many parts to the suspension so wondered what is really needed? I have poly bushed front tension rods and thats it.

I'm guessing i need adjustable tension rods with rose joints on the front. Do i need the upper arms? And what about the rear. Just the adjustable upper arms?
