One of my work mates is after a turbo for an Astra GSI as the one he has taken off is proper fooked. He took it to Midland Turbo and they said the shaft has snapped :shock: and they can't get a replacement so it can only be binned. It's not his car it's one he's looking at for someone. He has found a second hand used one but it's £600 :eek: Does anyone know where he could get a replacement or maybe even an after market one from for less than silly money ?

He said he doesn't know the engine number, it's just a 53 plate Astra GSI 2 Litre :confused:

wont Midland Turbo know tell him which type it was, they inspected it after all?

He's rang them, works out to be about £535 + £15 delivery and he's probably gonna get one anyway he just need to speak to the owner.
