JSpec fog light question

Does anybody know if the JSpec foglight internal reflectors are interchangeable from left to right and vice versa ? My left fog light reflector has become a little dull, tarnished or it could even be rusty. I have a spare right side foglight and was wondering if I could fit this in the left side. If not is there anything I could paint it with or any other suggestions ?

    buy some new ones! funkysi has got newuns on his and they look v nice and fresh... btw si... how much where from how long what sort where by how did by who when did how come ?
