Got a strange noise under acceleration, its a kind of creak or mettalic rattle and is getting more constant and now i can hear it when not booting it. Could it be a turbo part?? or something else come loose? Got no smoke at all from the Zorst.

if it was detting bad then the dett sensor should of put you into safe mode(reduced boost) and will show up as a stored fault but it phisically clears after every fresh start but will still be on the fault code;)

Nope, code 34 is simply to say that there is a fault with the det sensor circuit, NOT that the ecu has 'heard' det ;)
