code 33 (O2 sensor left side)

I put some of Smithies hard pipes on and now I'm getting code 33 on hard boost. According to the diags it could be:

 

Harness and connector - where r they?

fuel pressure

injectors

intake leaks.

 

I assume that it is the last one, but I have tightened up everything and still the same - any ideas?

 

Also, when they say left side - do they mean drivers or passangers?
