:D I've had my Z for 13 months now and in that time it hasn't missed a beat.... always starts instantly and purrs on tickover, A lot of my driving is town driving, so when I do open her up on duel carriage ways etc It always brings a smile to my face( Was behind a CLS AMG Mercedes over the weekend....I kept up with it to ?MPH... £80,000 car:tongue:)

Two little niggles that came with the car... air con not working and a litle drip from the drivers targa, well managed to cure the little leak.I put some solution I have at work that swells the rubber blankets on a Litho press... and its seemed to have just swelled it enough and stopped the leak:hyper:

Apart from the aircon everything works as it should from the 2 electric front heated seats and heated door mirrors to the cruise control.... not bad for a 15 year old car, all that added to the fact they are rare(one of the main reasons for buying her) makes me a very happy bunny:hyper:

I'm coming on for 2 years with my current zed and tbh its been superb. And then a few months ago i started getting a misfire, anyway turned out the rocker cover gasket has gone and it was leaking oil into a spark plug reservoir and shorting a plug. Its being fixed now and should be back with me soon :hyper: Also took the opertunity to have a few bits and bobs done :D

I did'nt think i would miss it so much but i do :(

Anyway back to the point for the age of it, it is superb :D

You're not wrong there :D :hyper: :hyper:

I really miss the feel of it and the sheer power :nana2: :nana2:

I feel quite stupid for missing a car, but i can't help it

Yep nothing like a drive in the Z to put the smile back on your face.

I do have to take my boy out in it occassionaly just to make sure that it is still working properly. It makes him squell when you give it full loud pedal. He will be 21 this year.

I've got 2 boys one of 10 and one of 12...... the older can still sit "quite comfortable" in the back.... he loves the Z and I think he wont complain even if he is cramped in the back!!!!!!

Nearly 3 years for me. Apart from the problems at the start of ownership, the car's been fantastic! Apart from a dead battery and a dodgy TPS wire, it's not let me down. Starts first time, exhaust is as clean as a whistle, engine so silky smooth. :)

Just need it to be Summer AND have the interior and suspension rebuild finished! LOL

im not suprised you have replaced everything so it should. a complete engine rebuild and a new paint job!! any car will be fantastic with that!

New paint job won't make it go any better and the engine rebuild was pretty much due to a fault that happened at the start of ownership and the rebuilt engine was fitted 2 years ago.
