We went to hammersmith apollo the other night for a concert, when we came out some twerp had keyed her door ,wing + rear quarter.

This despite the fact we had parked in the middle off the bay.ho hum.

Anyhow, are paint pens any good?? ( jet black car), the guy in the shop claims after polishing, it will not notice. :smw:

I tried chips away+ another, they want £70 for an inch long scratch.....these are huuuge scratches.

A paint pen will colour it in and thats it, you will always see it :(

Perhaps it's cause you parked in between two spaces??

I had a black Porsche keyed the whole length of one side once :mac1:.. I tried to cover it with scratch touch-up, but you could see it even more :cry:

Had to have the one side resprayed in the end :(

Nope.

It was in its own space, between the lines, central betweeen them.

Don't forget your insurance!

Halfords can do an exact match of the paint and sell in bottles with brush or pens. IIRC a pen was around £7. I had my old Vectra elite keyed full down the lengh. If you are careful and spend a while doing it, it can look pretty good but I didn't! lol...still...ou could only really notice it up close and when the light was glinting off it....worth a go for the time being...
