code 34 is dett sensor i no i tyed the res thing in the engine bay but the part that goes to the sensor is missing i cant find it looks like sum plonker ticker than me has messed about with it before thae chap at the garage i got it from was called coming to my house today but cant make it till tue he said he will but the res near the ecu will that work ???????

Yes, remove whats left of the det sensor wiring from the engine bay and put the 1 meg ohm ressy directly on the ECU connector, not sure what pins though, hang on I'll have a look or someone else may know !

thanks i just want it to run on full power only had it 2 weeks didnt no it was in safe m till my mate said he had one and his was when fixed it was a diffrent car

I wouldn't be trying to get it running at full power until you've got it checked over and fixed the water leak or you're heading for more trouble.
