Got a 2 bed semi with garage and drive which we have rented out

 

And got a 3 bed end terrace with double garage at back and a shop on the front.

 

Is it a local shop for local people?:D;)

Mines a 2 bed in quite a nice part of Bristol and up untill recently was worth 190,000 who the **** would pay that for a 2 bed house ? But they sell like hotcakes for some reason. Good thing is that i paid 83,000 for it and with the drop in the house market mine is dropping slower than any other area of bristol, which is good as i need a 3 bed house lol

I Put down 3/4 bedrooms cause I'm having an extension at the moment......Growing kids!!.... and I'm still paying back £13,000 on my first house I moved out of in 1994..... (fooking neg equity) :mac1:Its been added to my current mortgage....which was nice!!! In 1991 I got a 1 bedroom house for £64,000 then in 1994 sold it for £49,000 minus my deposit.... instant £13,000 in debt. The only consulation is I got my current house for £62,000 and its worth £250,000;)

I'm in a rented 3 bed apartment, one of two, in an old sports centre which is now a nature conservation area. Got 2 football pitches, a running track, two small lakes and 5 km of forest trails to wander about in. Got to share the car park, but as the whole of the estate is surrounded by a fence and the gates get locked every night its classed as private parking.

Best bit is the neighbour is the groundskeeper and a little bar opens at the weekends.

Only costs 450 Euro a month all in, so I'll put up with it untill I can find someone to do me a mortgage.

just moved into another rented flat. but now were on the first floor with no neighbours to disturb etc i class it as the penthouse suite!! lol. love living here . we cannot afford to buy at present so this will do us fine till the house prices fall through the floor.

There isnt many who can afford to buy at the present. :shock::(

I used to have a Mortgaged up to the eyeballs 4 bed house in a nice village but sold up last year because it was all getting a bit much and I wanted to start a business.

 

Now renting an extended 3 bed Victorian Semi with dbl garage in a not so nice village LOL

 

Absolutely no idea how I will ever get back on the properly ladder again !

bought 2 bedroom house in a very nice village near carlisle nearly 2 years ago, was a total bargain 139k

I've lived here on my own for the past 3 years and my girlfriend of 4.5 years is moving in this weekend. I'm happy but how am I gonna cope!!!???
