wiring schematics

Hi,

 

Can anyone on here read them and be able to make something up for me, it contains about 7 components, but I don't know how they connect up. I'll pay you for your time.

    Well the price of the parts will be under £3 I reckon, so that'll be it, plus a little box and postage. Could make a couple if people are interested. Only problem is that I can't find the zenner diode at the moment.
