when reversing in my auto Z ! it feels like it changes down into a lower gear ????

Its a weird feeling when reversing and its like it changes into a lower range of reverse ?? wtf ??

I havent driven the car at all in the last 4months (due to panelshop) and not a great deal in the last 12months. And the p/shop also pointed it out, i had noticed it before then as well, when i would reverse down my driveway

Is this a common occurance with the auto Z's ?? :o

Not sure what you mean really although you'l be getting engine braking in reverse that you don't get in drive ? could make it feel different to driving forward.

Or does the car reverse at a certain speed and then go slower at the same engine speed?
