can anybody please tell me how much it is for a set of rear wheel bearings for my car please jap import 2+2 tt and where can i get them from and are they easy to fit. many many thanks gaz.:D

i think they are around £25 each and they need to be pressed in. so better left to a garage unles you have a press and know how remove the rear hub.

the front ones maybe around that price. i think the rears you may have to times that by 4 :D

not iff you leave them in the freezer overnight and put the hub in the oven for 10 mins before you fit them,should then go in with a babys breath mate:)

oh yeah the rears are expensive i forgot :S

 

I spoke to andyz and he sells used ones in the hub for 20 quid tested of course.

i need one two, my rear left is starting to make a bit of noise when turning in the long right handers.

wish mine was doing that they sound like i am draging a dumper truck behind me. a nice droning noise mmmmmmmmm

mate i used to have a 106 and the front bearing went twice but the second one i drove on it for ages and it was sooooooo loud you couldnt even speak to someone in the car it was so loud really really loud it was yes it was loud very loud :D:D:D and it was slowing the car down soooo much when i finally changed it there was so much more power.

well i think that tells me i should change them now before i go def. it does feel a bit slower.
